King room with a balcony, value for money in comparison with other options. We would love to return for a xmas.

The clean and ideal room had all the necessary facilities, a hair dryer, a kettle, and an iron. The view was exceptionally good of the garden. It had marvellous location, not far from the airport for twilight check in, and the public areas.

Good drinks at main bar, nice service. The pool was heated, had a hot tub and a whirlpool. Location - magnificent, adjacent to the restaurant on 3 nights, garden, and has friendly staff. Also, by first-floor gallery.

The hotel was reasonably large with a marvellous and lovely location close enough to East Grinstead and Lingfield park, and the Bay restaurant. We stayed in a double room with a hair dryer, a kettle, and an iron.

The room we were given a free upgrade to was extremely spacious and airy and included a hair dryer, a kettle, and coffee. The full English breakfast was included and had variety of food. The location of the hotel was stunning, to ask reception for more of everything.

We had a fantastic stay on weekend.

Clean, decent value hotel, the location was marvellous and stunning close to East Grinstead, and golf course. The staff were ideal, and the room was clean for a bottle of red wine.

Great way to end our weekend. Clean place with wonderful and ideal staff and particularly good view over the gardens. Clean rooms with climate control, a kettle and an iron, etc.

The venue's position was very central. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Chartham Park Golf Club.

Convenient and unbeatable position, I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this place.

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

My room was decent sized with a particularly nice view. A small refrigerator, a writing table and a chair worked well and the bed was comfy. The location was convenient and stunning, really close to the restaurant for the first night and East Grinstead.

Altogether it was good price value though. I stayed for 7 nights here and had a very mediocre time. There were spotless rooms with double sinks, a table in the restaurant and balcony. An electric kettle and refrigerators were available. The team provided an excellent service.

The hotel was in a very central location in general everything was good. And we were next to a lovely pub of which does lovely food, the Plaza and the Bay restaurant in the evening.
